Buffer conveyor

Application purpose

Buffer conveyor serves to make store of machined cylinder blocks between related workplaces. Maximum capacity of buffer conveyor is 26 pieces. Buffer conveyor can be unload or load manually for purpose of check and measure machined cylinder blocks.

Articulated conveyor

Application purpose

The device is used to transport of paper pages from previous workstation thru conveyor belt to the unstacking position where are they gradually stored.

Robotic manipulator

Application purpose

The manipulator is used to automatically move the ball joints from the machine conveyor to the press machine. Ball joints are moved along a conveyor with carriers and a robotic 6-axis arm. At the maximum speed of the robotic arm, the working time is 6.9 seconds.

Check station

Application purpose

The machine is used for automtaic check of buckles. Buckles are checked for presence of screws, correct opening force and presence of metal parts in buckle. After check are the defective buckles discarded from the machine. In case of no deficiencies, is the date of inspection embossed on buckle and then the buckle is discarded from the machine into OK part box.

Dosing machine

Application purpose

The machine is used for dosing and lubricating seals with an accuracy of +/- 0.05%. Pieces without a spring pass through a flap into a box with bad pieces. Good pieces go to the output rail, after which it slides into the box on the conveyor.

Cam cap vision check

Application purpose

The device is used for visual inspection of the motoir bearing cap. Workpiece is transported by conveyor to position where is stopped by “Stopper”. Pneumatic piston lifts the workpiece and cameras, mounted on the servodrive, will be executing the check of bearing cap. In case of negative (NG) evaluation of workpiece by cameras, is this workpiece pushed by piston to unloading table. If the workpiece is evaluated as OK, this piece leaves a station of camera control and continues along the conveyor.
